Focus has a long and successful track-record in supporting the development of managers, enabling them to address new organisational priorities and to develop the confidence, knowledge and skills to respond effectively to rapidly changing and increasingly diverse needs and markets.

In addition to the design and delivery of large-scale training programmes, we offer: positive action development programmes for groups who may experience glass ceilings or marginalisation in organisations; the development and facilitation of learning sets; and high-level coaching for senior managers and executives.

Race equality & diversity training

Focus has the capability to design and deliver large-scale and bespoke training programmes for clients. In addition to conventional race equality and diversity awareness training, we have designed programmes tailored to the needs of specific staff groups, from leadership at board/senior management level, through managers and staff supervisors, to customer-facing staff and equalities and diversity specialists.
