Focus has a unique approach to social marketing and behaviour change in diverse communities. We have designed and delivered highly successful, independently evaluated campaigns in key public policy areas ranging from recruitment amongst 'hard to access' communities to health promotion.
We also offer support, advice and implementation work on diversity marketing, aimed at helping commercial organisations to understand and target increasingly fragmented and diverse consumers. We undertake market research, advise on the development of new products and services or on repositioning, and can undertake direct marketing campaigns to deliver bottom-line benefits.
Developed in response to both public and private sector demands for strategic communication of key messages and effective maintenance and development of relationships with stakeholders, our public affairs function includes clarification and definition of key messages; mapping of stakeholder expectations and demands; and development of stakeholder/political contact programmes aimed at repositioning.
